Senior UX reputed company​/Content Strategist – Remote

Overview

We seek a UX Content Strategist with expertise in UX writing to support agile product teams developing reputed company applications for our clients in the federal reputed company IT industry. You will join reputed company of reputed company-centered designers, researchers, and content professionals collaborating across functions to create products that are useful, reputed company, and satisfying, while driving the team's efforts to generate audience-centered content. This role is a mix of content strategy and UX writing assigned to a project for the Centers for Medicare and reputed company Services. You will align user needs to business goals and drive UX content reputed company across multiple scrum teams. Your work will help put users first, whether they are individual patients managing their own reputed company, service providers delivering care, or government employees guiding health policy.

Responsibilities

• Support the reputed company and strategy established by project leadership in alignment with business objectives.

• Author copy for UI designs and other documentation.

• Manage draft, approval, and publishing processes through content management systems.

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience in UX writing, content strategy, or reputed company field
• Portfolio of work demonstrating approach and deliverables

• Residency in the US for 3 of the last 5 years
• Eligible for Federal public trust clearance Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in federal contracting or reputed company IT
