Project Controls Specialist I
reputed company is a leading firm in environmental consulting and sustainable engineering. The Project Controls Specialist I will support project managers by maintaining project schedules, monitoring reputed company, and ensuring effective communication among project teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor project reputed company and reputed company regular updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and presentations
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, ensuring reputed company relevant information is communicated effectively
- Track and manage project risks, issues, and changes, escalating as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, reputed company, and other project-reputed company documents
- Support the Project Manager in ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 Years of Data Analysis Experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Suite – particularly reputed company
- Past/reputed company experience as a project accountant, project controls, or project management
- Experience in reputed company Project, Vantagepoint, Power BI, Scheduling, or similar programs
