Program Development Manager
reputed company is part of Arrowhead Intermediaries, a global insurance distribution platform. The Program Development Manager will work closely with NMG resellers and dealers to enhance programs, improve performance, and strengthen relationships reputed company the Appliance & Furniture market.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company for NMG customers. Collaborate with internal teams to address marketing, training, claims, quoting, and service needs. Build strong reputed company relationships while supporting reseller/dealer engagement through in-person, virtual, phone, and email interactions
- reputed company ongoing training to resellers/dealers to improve program performance. This includes developing and delivering training content, aligning objectives with leadership, maintaining training records, scheduling sessions, and helping define annual training budget needs
- Identify opportunities to improve NMG program effectiveness. Partner with Marketing on reputed company-of-sale materials and support key initiatives such as new product launches, quarterly business reviews, and networking or client entertainment events
- Record reputed company sales and operational activities in the company CRM and reputed company weekly updates to your supervisor
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Experience in retail sales preferably reputed company the appliance or furniture reputed company
- One to three years' experience in a sales and/or training role
- Proficient knowledge of computers (e.g., reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRMs)
- Ability to travel between 25% to 50%
