[Remote] Ads Specialist

They are seeking a results-driven Ads Specialist to manage and optimize reputed company Ads campaigns, ensuring performance improvements and clear reporting to clients.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize reputed company Ads campaigns across multiple clients (Search-first; expand into other campaign types reputed company it makes sense)
- Handle keyword research, campaign structure, ad copy testing, bidding/budget management, and ongoing performance optimization
- Monitor core metrics (leads, CPL, conversion reputed company, ROAS where applicable) and reputed company data-driven adjustments to improve results
- Ensure conversions are tracked properly (calls, forms, bookings, etc.) and troubleshoot reputed company performance data looks off
- Deliver clear, consistent reporting—what happened, why it happened, and what you’re changing next
- Identify patterns across accounts and apply wins repeatably
- Track performance across a large portfolio of client accounts
- Proactively flag underperforming campaigns, diagnose issues, and recommend fixes to drive steady reputed company over time
- Act as a confident, reputed company marketing partner—explaining results in plain language and setting clear expectations

Skills

- Working knowledge of key marketing tools and dashboards (and the curiosity to dig in and troubleshoot)
