They are seeking a Bilingual Correspondence Customer Service Representative II to respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding their products or services reputed company telephone and email, providing product information and solutions in an empathetic manner.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reputed company tolling and/or administration reputed company customer inquiries by utilizing information learned during training and leveraging resources available through people, customer records, and reputed company systems
• Identify customer needs to ensure the customer is provided complete and accurate information
• Process required transactions reputed company mainframe or web-based applications
• Gathers information, and responds to research requests in a concise yet accurate manner
• Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company and client programs, policies, and technology
• Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals
• Works autonomously reputed company established procedures and practices

Skills

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
