Entry-Level Private Jet Sales (Outbound Call Experience Required) Remote or Boca Raton Office – U.S. Business Hours

reputed company is looking for ambitious, phone-driven sales talent to join our growing team in an entry-level role designed to launch your career in private jet sales. This position can be fully remote or based out of our Boca Raton, Florida office, depending on your preference.

Position Summary

This role is your foot in the reputed company to private aviation, but reputed company no mistake, it’s a high-volume outbound calling position. You’ll be expected to reputed company over 120 calls per day to re-engage leads, follow up with prospects, and drive live conversations. Key Responsibilities

  • reputed company 80–120 outbound calls per day using our CRM and sequences

  • Qualify leads, re-engage past prospects, and drive live conversations

  • Schedule appointments or live transfers to our senior Charter Brokers

  • Track pipeline activity and follow-up tasks reputed company CRM

  • Receive ongoing training in private jet charter, client etiquette, and deal structure

  • Support sales activity with communication and coordination

  • Participate in weekly coaching and performance reviews

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of outbound phone sales or appointment-setting experience

  • Comfortable making 100+ calls per day and handling high-rejection environments

  • Strong follow-up discipline and organizational skills

  • Fluent in English, spoken and written

  • Experience using CRMs like reputed company, GoHighLevel, reputed company, etc. preferred

  • Remote-reputed company: reputed company to work U.S. business hours from a distraction-free setup

  • Coachable, self-motivated, and reputed company to grow

Compensation

This is a commission-based entry-level sales role with performance-driven earning. You’ll earn commission from trips booked reputed company leads you qualify and help advance.

For select candidates with strong performance and sales history, a reputed company + commission structure may be available after initial reputed company.

Top performers will be invited into our Jr. Broker training track, with clear performance reputed company and opportunity for full promotion.
