(Contractor) Sales Operations & Order Processing Analyst II

Sr. Sales Ops Analyst Contractor Nozomi is looking for a detail oriented Sales Operations Analyst/Senior Analyst who thrives in a fast paced environment. This role will reputed company the Sales organization with reliable and high-quality operational support. In addition to enhancing and supporting Sales tools, this person will reputed company analytics, and work with stakeholders across the organization in order to drive operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage the day-to-day set up and administration of reputed company.com for CRM, DealHub for CPQ, and other reputed company Sales platforms
• reputed company customized features and solutions using the reputed company toolset, including custom objects and fields, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, etc.
• Drive Sales projects and system enhancements with an emphasis on streamlining the end-to-end Sales process
• Design, build, and maintain Sales reports and dashboards
• Apply quantitative and qualitative analysis to tell the story behind the numbers
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks reputed company the Sales process

Experience requirements

• 3-5 years of strong analytical and problem solving experience in Sales Operations
• Proven experience driving projects through completion
