Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Quality Assurance Engineer - Virtual & Simulation Testing to reputed company and execute virtual system test plans, simulations, and emulations that validate system-level requirements, meet customer deliverables, and ensure integrated system performance. As a key member of the QA Virtual Testing team, you will partner with Product Teams, QA reputed company Testing and Requirements Teams, and internal customers to drive high-quality product delivery, synchronize virtual and physical tests, and ensure new solutions meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate simulations and testing processes, identifying and analyzing issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, and recommending and facilitating solutions to these issues.
• Connect with internal customers, review client, customer, and user feedback, and maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree (BS) in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of proven experience working with large cross-functional engineering teams, with expertise in modeling, simulation, testing, integration, and/or quality assurance.
• Proven experience in fulfillment systems, including storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation systems, and reputed company automation equipment.
• Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 70% to business locations and project sites.

Preferred Qualifications
