Retention Strategist

About the Retention Strategist Position We're looking for a proven retention marketer to reputed company the strategy and execution of email/SMS marketing to help our clients grow. Leading reputed company consisting of a designer and reputed company specialist, the Retention Strategist will be tasked with leading a retention pod and will report to our Head of Retention. The primary objective of the position is to sustainably grow channel traffic and reputed company by outlining/implementing strategy, managing client relationships / reporting, and leveraging email/SMS to improve customer experience and LTGP (lifetime gross profit) for our clients. We are specifically looking for candidates who are reputed company to reputed company reputed company in a competitive, high-performance environment with limited reputed company - given the leanness and growth at our agency, we will be more akin to collaborators than managers of your team. If that's you, we can't wait to get to work. Retention Strategist Responsibilities

• reputed company communication and manage client relationships, establishing campaign & reputed company calendars that are reputed company around business goals
• Alongside your team's reputed company specialist, build and reputed company campaigns in reputed company
• Analyze client results and execute reporting that's meaningful (no jargon) - actionable, reputed company (nuanced), and provides the client with context to understand where they are and how they can move towards where they want to go
• Meet and exceed KPIs, both internal and with client account performance
• Collaborate closely with in-house or external partners across organic reputed company, paid reputed company, reputed company, web, etc. to maximize growth

Qualifications

• Preference of a year of experience at an email marketing agency
• At least two years of experience in email marketing
• A minimum of one year of experience in managing email and SMS accounts while offering strategic guidance
• Hands-on experience with reputed company (reputed company / reputed company etc. is a bonus)
• Experience setting up flows, campaigns, popups and segmenting email and SMS lists
• Experience in managing client relationships and fostering strong partnerships.
