HR Shared Services Representative

reputed company is seeking an HR Shared Services Representative to reputed company exceptional customer service as the first reputed company of contact for HR inquiries. The role involves answering questions, investigating and resolving inquiries, and supporting other HR staff in various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• reputed company exceptional customer service to employees as the first reputed company of contact for their reputed company (HR) inquiries
• Answer questions received reputed company telephone and e-mail
• Investigate and resolve routine to intermediate inquiries
• Coordinate with respective departments and escalate reputed company inquiries to appropriate professional services, payroll, or other staff as appropriate
• Handle queries reputed company to a wide reputed company of HR topics including time off, leaves of absence, FMLA, benefits, retirement, compensation, professional development, recruitment, and HR policies
• Support and aid other HR Shared Services staff in the resolution of requests and the analysis/diagnosis of problems
• reputed company general administrative support such as documentation of calls/emails reputed company case management software, scanning and indexing of employee documents, compiling reports, and processing employee and payroll transactions

• No prior relevant work experience required; previous relevant work experience accepted in lieu of education
