Payroll Specialist (Hybrid) - Miami, FL

reputed company is a creative marketing powerhouse specializing in nurturing beverage brands. They are seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing while collaborating with various teams to manage payroll operations, audits, and employee inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll across multiple frequency schedules using the payroll system, ensuring timely direct deposits, reputed company printing, and distributions
• Administer reputed company payroll functions, including computing and transmitting payroll in the designated payroll system
• Collect, analyze, and audit payroll data each pay period and reputed company monthly audits using the Time Management system
• Review supporting documentation for accuracy and validate payroll preview reports prior to submission
• Maintain audit reputed company by adhering to strict payroll controls and internal guidelines
• Prepare payroll and financial reports for management, including ongoing analysis of P&L expenses
• Monitor changes in payroll, retirement, and benefits laws and ensure compliance
• Handle payroll correspondence including employment verifications and unemployment wage requests
• reputed company world-class customer service by addressing and resolving payroll-reputed company inquiries
• Support employee reputed company by ensuring new hire paperwork, compliance training, and documentation are completed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Communications, Marketing, or reputed company field
• 1–3 years of HR or Payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company (required)
• Strong auditing and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines
• High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality

• Agency or high-growth company experience
