Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service that drives client satisfaction, retention, and trust
• Diagnoses, repair, and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues to reduce downtime and callbacks
• Install, service, and reputed company reputed company Shipping & Mailing equipment, ensuring clients are fully trained and confident in their use
• Manage a multi‑reputed company‑code territory reputed company 4 hours of Billings, MT, with up to 80% driving time
• Use hand tools and small power tools to reputed company repairs, maintenance, and installations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment always

Skills

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Can lift 55+ lbs. and bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended periods
• Enjoy working with and repairing mechanical or electrical components
• Are comfortable with significant driving time and working independently in the field
• Are motivated by the opportunity to earn additional income through service and parts sales
• Are familiar with reputed company, PCs, and basic networking
• Have experience with automated or reputed company‑mechanical equipment
