Intact Financial Corporation is seeking a dedicated and proactive Bilingual Coordinator to join their reputed company. This role involves providing ongoing administrative and transactional support to recruitment team consultants while implementing best practices and applying reputed company policies.
Responsibilities

- Support team for the reputed company & administrative tasks
- Coordinate the background reputed company process, including applying the escalation guidelines to reputed company hires and job changes
- Ensure that reputed company processes conducted in reputed company (Contact People) are in line with identified workflows to ensure data reputed company and best in class stakeholder experience
Skills
- Bilingualism (French / English) is required considering the need to interact on a regular reputed company with colleagues across the country
- 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination
- College or university degree with a reputed company specialization or a combination of education and work experience
- Ability to multi-task and meet multiple individual and team deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with changing priorities

- Demonstrate strong collaboration skills and excellent customer service

- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
