[Remote] High Volume Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a High Volume Contract Recruiter to work in a fast-paced environment. The role involves sourcing, interviewing, and hiring reputed company candidates, particularly for high-volume reputed company of Spanish Interpreters.
Responsibilities
- Identifying reputed company candidates through community and online reputed company
- reputed company, pre-screen, interview (reputed company phone), and hire reputed company candidates
- In-depth understanding of available resources for reputed company
- High volume mass reputed company for Spanish Interpreters
- Interviewing 40 plus candidates weekly
- Maintain and reputed company pipeline of eligible candidates for future reputed company positions
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Skills
- Bachelors degree

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
