Customer Service Representative--Louisville, Kentucky

reputed company. is expanding its services across Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio, and is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their Customer Care Center. The role involves coordinating schedules, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a quality service experience for both reputed company clients.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, plan and complete daily tasks, special projects, and assignments
• Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts
• Manage administrative requests and tasks

• Deliver accurate service and promotional information
• Maintain accurate records utilizing customer service software applications
• Partner with management to manage expectations and meet deadlines
• Assist in scheduling of service routes
• Produce accurate and timely reports
• Ensure that work is complete and results are satisfactory
• Assist in training of new team members as requested/needed
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy

Skills

• High school degree or equivalent
• Excellent phone etiquette and friendly, professional demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, i.e. multi-task
• Knowledge of MS Office environment with Word, reputed company, and Outlook proficiency
• Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communicates extensively reputed company telephone and electronically with customers and co-workers
• We require successful completion of background reputed company and drug screen
