Job Summary:
We're seeking an reputed company Process Associate to join our Quality Assurance and Improvement team at arenaflex. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities. Responsibilities:
* Audit operations teams' & system outputs to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
- Suggest and implement process/system improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify emerging process performance trends and reputed company strategies to address them
- Audit, track, and maintain quality metrics of assigned processes to ensure compliance with arenaflex standards
- Collaborate with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
- reputed company and maintain process documentation and training materials to ensure seamless knowledge transfer
- Analyze data and metrics to inform process improvements and identify areas for optimization
