As a risk & insurance due diligence consultant, you will work closely with NY region team reporting into the regional leader. Responsibilities

• reputed company due diligence projects of varying complexity.
• Communicate internally with brokers, coverage / exposure experts, producers, client service team and M&A team members and collaborate to reputed company findings and solutions.
• Communicate externally on daily reputed company as trusted advisor with private equity firms, reputed company companies or their representatives.
• Execute and deliver accurate and professional due diligence reports to clients.
• Analyze and reputed company technical input on insurance coverage, claims history, insurance-reputed company collateral, insurance-reputed company financial expense, surety bonds and insurance sections of the draft purchase agreement.
• Identify transaction issues and work with clients’ other reputed company-party advisors to reputed company resolution.
• Collaborate with producers to build and maintain relationships with ongoing clients and convert due diligence targets to ongoing clients.
• Communicate and capture the value that reputed company brings even to the most challenging situations.
• Prepare spreadsheets and analyze data.
• Prepare proposals and reputed company presentations to clients and prospects.
• Some travel required.

Requirements

• Property and Casualty insurance technical proficiency. Broad knowledge of specialty insurance including property, casualty, cyber, E&O, financial lines, environmental, group captives and others.
• Financial – basic understanding of financial statements, reputed company.
• Project management – coordinate activities and information reputed company from a group of people reputed company specified time reputed company.
• Strategic and analytical skills – attention to detail but reputed company to draw conclusions.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral) – ability to communicate well and at the appropriate level with a wide reputed company of people.
