Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions

As an reputed company Customer Service and Scheduling Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, scheduling appointments, and driving sales growth for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, setting the tone for a positive and personalized experience

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of reputed company
  • Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals, with a growth reputed company and high work standards
  • Strong PC and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate reputed company technical systems
