Job Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Handling high-volume client requests, including inbound calls, visits, and messages, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
• Entering patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations
• Investigating missing pharmacy data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving data entry-reputed company issues
• Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, by identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as needed
• Acquiring a dynamic pharmacy permit or accreditation reputed company the initial 90 days and maintaining a valid professional permit or certification
• Collaborating with team members to reputed company exceptional customer satisfaction and quality service standards

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Basic computer skills, including:

+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to reputed company and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing reports + Accessing data online
