The Role
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Representative to join reputed company in Coppell, TX. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations. This is a night and weekend shift position, requiring a flexible and dedicated individual who can work independently and as part of reputed company.
Responsibilities
* Answering emails, live chat, and phone support inquiries from clients
- Helping clients set up their online shops, products, and E-reputed company platforms
- Troubleshooting issues with Printful Stores and E-reputed company platforms
- Providing product information and recommendations to clients
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company client issues
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex products and services
