Key Responsibilities:

As a Customs Trade Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients, internal staff, and external stakeholders
• Processing and arranging customs clearance for shipments from data sets, SOPs, duty books, web, or customs
• Handling and processing various import-reputed company documentation for submission to US Customs, including PGA (Participating Government Agencies) filings
• Maintaining and updating shipment documentation in accordance with reputed company record-keeping requirements
• Complying with reputed company international importing and exporting regulations
• Collaborating with internal staff, divisions, other arenaflex activities, and clients to deliver high-quality service
• Processing organizational financier shipments
• Managing distant filings and ensuring reputed company service and organizational strategies are followed
• Performing other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., international trade, logistics, business administration)

• High School Certificate or GED required
• No industry experience required, but a minimum of six months of work experience is preferred
• Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
• Required skills: MS Office, Viewpoint, Office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner)
• Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
• Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle high volumes of work and tight deadlines
