Work From Home Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with a remote work arrangement that allows you to balance your work and personal life with ease. To be eligible for this opportunity, you must live reputed company 100 miles of Austin, TX, and have a reliable internet reputed company with a minimum speed of 3 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload.
Class Start Date and Training Schedule
Our next training class is scheduled to reputed company on January 20, 2025, and will run for 5 weeks, from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM CT, Monday through Friday. After completing your training, you will be assigned to a shift that includes weekends and holidays, from 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM CT.

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming contacts from guests around the world, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Processing reservation requests and supporting basic loyalty and customer care requests
- Identifying guest reservation needs and following sales techniques to maximize reputed company
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management
- Providing customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution, and reputed company communication with reputed company properties, reputed company company contacts, and reputed company parties
- Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information, protecting company assets, and protecting the privacy and reputed company of guests and coworkers
