Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Technical Specialist – Datacom to join our Telecom Services team at arenaflex. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for providing field support and maintenance for our video servers, programming, and data distribution systems. You'll work closely with our internal stakeholders, including Resort Designing Group, FAM, OSI, and WDI, to ensure the smooth operation of our systems. Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Specialist – Datacom, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing field support and maintenance for our video servers, programming, and data distribution systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reputed company to video and data distribution systems
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of our systems
• Conducting site visits to identify and resolve technical issues
• Developing and implementing solutions to improve system performance and efficiency
• Providing training and support to internal teams on new technologies and systems
• Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of technical issues and resolutions

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 3+ years of experience in the AV/IT industry, with a focus on video distribution and datacom systems
• Strong knowledge of reputed company Office, reputed company Work environment, and Service NOW
• Experience with video and sound merchant applications (Sonify, QSC, Crestron, IOT, Synamedia, reputed company, SevOne, reputed company Organizations, Splunk, Zabbix, reputed company, etc.)
• Strong understanding of network reputed company principles and industry best practices
• Knowledge of investigation and reporting tools like Splunk, Power BI
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Willingness to work reputed company, including weekends and evenings

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• 3+ years of experience in the AV or IT industry, with a focus on video distribution, encoding, sound mixing, and IOT devices
• Experience with network switching and routing
• Knowledge of intelligent and video systems and solutions
• Demonstrated ability to work with a reputed company of partners and stakeholders

Education

* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, such as software engineering, video technology, data systems, or a reputed company discipline

• Or equivalent experience and training

Licenses/Preparation

* Vendor-reputed company certifications and training (QSC, Synamedia, reputed company, etc.)
