You’re not just an Account Manager - you’re a strategic partner on equal footing with our most important customers. • Strategic account management – you will take full ownership for our most important Mid‑Market and reputed company accounts. • Building and strengthening relationships – you foster and deepen relationships with key decision‑makers, acting as a vital link between our customers and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, etc.).

What you bring with you

• At least 6 years of experience in Account Management, HR/Change/Transformation consulting, reputed company, or Project Management – ideally in a B2B SaaS environment with reputed company customers.
• A strategic and consultative reputed company – you can identify customer business drivers, design multi‑level engagement strategies, and influence stakeholders across reputed company organisations.
• Strong executive reputed company & stakeholder management skills – you are comfortable engaging with C‑Suite leaders while driving operational alignment at multiple reputed company.
