Direct reputed company Manager, US Credit Control

About the position In the Direct reputed company Manager role, you will be responsible for reputed company of collections and cash operations teams, ensuring compliance defined in direct reputed company standard operating procedures and identified key controls. Play an integral part in establishing and improving processes, controls and organizational structure through interactions with both reputed company partners. This position will monitor performance reputed company and communicating results to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the direct billing cycle starting at the collections phase until cash application completion and where needed engage with reputed company Operations
• Manage, monitor and guide the direct reputed company team on collections of unpaid receivables to ensure adherence to collection guidelines, credit terms and designated installment plans for policy holders.
• Support Cash Processing team to safeguard that payment instructions, write off’s and disbursements are completed in accordance with key controls and service level agreements.
• Track outstanding balances, examine incoming inquiries, and implement strategies to minimize outstanding debt.
• Ensure compliance with reputed company relevant standard operating procedure, key controls and key performance indicators.
• Prepare and analyze reporting to identify trends, track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
• Effectively communicate with policyholders, brokers/agents and internal teams to resolve issues and address inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address billing-reputed company, collections, and cash application to improve customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and support staff, providing guidance, training and performance feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher in finance, reputed company or a reputed company field.
• Moderate years of leadership & management experience.
• Moderate years of billing and collections experience.
• Subject matter expert in direct reputed company insurance is required.
• Excellent knowledge of reputed company direct reputed company platforms (Guidewire preferable) and Accounts Receivable reconciliation
• Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills
• Experience in process improvement with the ability to streamline workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy
• Effective communication and people skills
• Analytical Thinking – Ability to Identify issues in payment processing and reputed company solutions.
• Relationship Management – Skilled at managing reputed company and client relationships for reputed company reputed company.

• Previous work experience in a financial or insurance environment is preferred
• Internal candidates should have WINS and/or Guidewire systems experience.
• Knowledge &/or Experience in Guidewire platform is a plus
