This role focuses on driving adoption, delivering value, and enabling long-term reputed company by providing expert support and training to clients transitioning onto the Goldcast platform.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inclusive, engaging reputed company and training sessions that reputed company clients with the knowledge and tools needed to be successful on the Goldcast platform
• Coordinate implementation projects from reputed company through go-live, ensuring clients are informed, reputed company, and on track at each stage of the reputed company lifecycle

Skills

• 2+ years of professional experience in implementation, customer reputed company, reputed company, support, or project/account coordination, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment
