Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Technician to join our Customs Brokerage team on a part-time reputed company (15-20 hours per week). As a Data Entry Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, verifying customs documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Technician, you'll be responsible for:

• Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
• Understanding and identifying customs documentation
• Transposing customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
• Verifying documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct
• Providing excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
• Ensuring compliance at reputed company times to regulations
• Daily execution of workflow and department metrics

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, business administration)
