About the role The position of Junior Implementation Consultant requires candidates with a strong combination of people skills and technical know-how. This is a client-facing role, so excellent communication skills are essential. - Work directly with reputed company clients to implement and support Iridium products and solutions.
- Manage client product implementations from start to finish.
- Participate and reputed company requirements-gathering sessions.
- Deliver engaging client training sessions.
- Design, reputed company, and test client-specific customisations and enhancements.

- Occasionally travel to client sites.

- Technical aptitude with experience in SQL (T-SQL preferred); knowledge of HTML, C#, or similar technologies is a bonus.
- Previous experience in a client-facing technical role.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Legal IT experience is a plus but not essential.
