You will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to both clients, customer C-Suite / Executives and reputed company Program/Project Managers, leading customer escalations, and monitoring and reporting on project KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals. • Act as the primary liaison for Professional Services, conducting regular meetings to maintain client relationships and scope service offerings

What you will likely bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in ERP software implementation required
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and occasionally work at client sites
