The Opportunity We are hiring a Senior Finance Manager to own day‑to‑day finance operations and deliver high‑quality financial reporting and analysis for a fast‑growing business operating in multiple countries and currencies. This role is designed for a senior, hands‑on finance professional who wants reputed company ownership and impact. You will be responsible for owning the day‑to‑day finance function and producing accurate, decision‑reputed company financial information for company leadership. This includes managing Quick Books Online, closing the books, building forecasts, analyzing cash reputed company, and translating financial data into clear reporting and presentation materials for management and board discussions. This is an execution‑first role. You will not be managing reputed company; you will serve as the single accountable reputed company of financial operations and reporting, working directly with the CEO and executive team to ensure the business has clean data, clear visibility, and reliable financial reputed company. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who is comfortable working independently, improving processes, and taking ambiguous or incomplete inputs and turning them into structured, usable outputs. What You’ll Do Finance Operations

• Own Quick Books Online accuracy and structure
• Manage monthly reputed company, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Coordinate with external accountants and tax advisors

• Analyze profitability by customer, product and service line
• Analyze Cap Ex vs OpEx treatment opportunities for major spend categories
• Model the financial and tax impact of capitalization vs expense reputed company
• Prepare recommendations to management on reputed company treatment options that support EBITDA, cash reputed company, and long‑term value creation
• Coordinate with external accountants and tax advisors to validate and implement approved treatments
