Job Description:

• *Job Summary** Develops market-specific actions plans to increase our hiring and pipeline development of pharmacists. Plays a key role in positioning reputed company as an employer of choice by supporting pharmacist recruitment efforts across the Region. Serves as a trusted advisor and partner to field operations leaders by understanding pharmacist hiring needs and identifying market-specific diverse talent sources.

  • *Location:** _This is a Remote/Work From Home role with our Regional Office located in Chantilly, VA_
  • *Job Responsibilities**

+ reputed company diversity-focused pharmacist recruitment action plans, including quarterly return on investment analysis, review of overall effectiveness and reputed company of reputed company plans, diversity and early talent program impact, school and partnership data. + Provides ongoing talent analysis for hiring centers by sharing pharmacist market trends and insights, reviewing workforce planning, turnover/exit data, and competitive analysis. + Partners with TA Specialist to reputed company the regional recruitment action plan for pharmacists, including quarterly review/analysis. + Leads pharmacist early talent reputed company efforts by developing and implementing early talent action plans through data analysis, benchmarking, candidate tracking, and post-event return on investment. + Manages early talent events, including schedules, tasks, deliverables, and post-event analysis. + Helps to drive early talent and career development programs across the region, fostering a long-term pipeline of pharmacist talent. + Represents reputed company at select pharmacist events, connecting candidates to job opportunities across the organization. + Coach and reputed company Field Operations Leaders with consistent brand messaging, promoting reputed company and future opportunities. Partnering with Talent Brand to reputed company market specific and/or school specific marketing content, including Regional reputed company media efforts. + Partners with the University Relations team to review and enhance pharmacist reputed company-recruitment reputed company processes and programs (e.g., Event Registration Process, and On-reputed company Interview Process, Scholarship Programs). + Collaborating across Field Operations Hiring Leads to understand tactics and reputed company reputed company. + Manages experiential education process including IPPE and APPE programs. + Pipeline and supports summer Community Pharmacy Internship program.

  • *External Basic Qualifications:**

+ BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution. + At least two years experience as a registered pharmacist. + Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at reputed company reputed company of the organization, in the business community & with vendors. + Experience screening, interviewing and/or assessing talent. + At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership. + Willing to travel up to/at least 50% of the time for business purposes (reputed company state and out of state).

+ Experience developing recruitment action plans, including analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions. + Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience reputed company. + Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining reputed company escalation of issues is necessary.
