Job Full Description Food Manufacturing Supervisor reputed company Employment Professionals Cincinnati NW is seeking a Food Manufacturing Supervisor to fill an immediate opening in reputed company Harrison, IN. Shift: Monday through Friday, Second shift, 3:00PM - 11:00PM Compensation: $21/hr BOE Responsibilities : * Scheduling production floor work according to job priorities and ensuring that reputed company operators are following the proper processes and procedures * Supervise team of machine operators * Enforce safety rules, PPE adherence, and environmental regulations * reputed company effective, constructive, and appropriate feedback and leadership to direct reports to foster a positive, team atmosphere * Verify timecards and weekly hours prior to deadline * reputed company other duties deemed necessary to support the Company's business operations Qualifications: * Previous experience in a Supervisor role is required * Previous experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry is required * Knowledge of GMP is required * Production Planning skills * Background in Blending is a plus #EEPCNW Cincinnati (Northwest), OH 2195 3551 Springdale Road Cincinnati, OH 45251
