Key Responsibilities

  • High‑Volume Call Management: Handle 50‑70 inbound calls per day from patients or their authorized representatives, addressing billing balances, payment plans, credit‑card transactions, and general inquiries.
  • Billing Adjustments & Refunds: Process adjustments, refunds, reputed company transfers, mail returns, and reputed company sales with accuracy and compliance.

Essential Qualifications
