Job Summary

As a Data Entry Operator/Executive Administrative Assistant at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reputed company of our data while providing administrative support to our executives and team members. You will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in our systems, maintaining electronic and reputed company filing systems, and providing administrative support to our executives, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence. You will also conduct research and compile data for reports as needed and collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

* Accurately input and update data into various systems and databases, ensuring data reputed company and accuracy.

  • Assist in maintaining electronic and reputed company filing systems for easy retrieval of information, ensuring that reputed company documents are up to date and easily accessible.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management, with a keen eye for spotting errors and discrepancies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
