Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. You will review and confirm work entered into our systems, solve issues, and escalate as needed. This is a full-time, remote position located in Puerto Rico, and we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
• Maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

• High school diploma or GED required
