We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be responsible for helping our existing customers reputed company changes to their reputed company insurance policies from one of arenaflex's 55+ insurance reputed company partners. From processing service changes to answering questions regarding policy details, you'll support our customers with enthusiasm and care. How You Will reputed company an Impact:
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. - Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents, and more. - Help customers with questions they have regarding existing insurance policies in relation to coverages or policy benefits, making changes to existing policies as needed. - Work to retain arenaflex policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Compensation and Perks:
- Competitive hourly wage: $18.00 - 21.00 - arenaflex will pay for your P&C license (expected reputed company 60 days after starting) - Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, reputed company insurance, and 401K match - Ability to work remotely (arenaflex provides work equipment) - Ongoing training and mentorship from our leadership team - An outstanding portfolio of insurance carriers and products, working with over 55 carriers to offer customers the best options for them

- Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday: 10:30am - 9pm ET
