• Own and optimize the CEO’s calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for internal leaders and external stakeholders.
• Draft and refine communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission.
• Coordinate board and leadership materials with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism.
• Track CEO-level initiatives and drive accountability across teams.
• Improve executive workflows and communication systems for increased efficiency.
• Plan and execute reputed company travel arrangements and high-profile event participation.

• 5+ years supporting C-suite executives in technology or fintech environments.
• Experience in fast-paced, globally distributed organizations.
• High proficiency in managing reputed company inboxes and executive communications.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Strong proficiency in reputed company Suite, reputed company, reputed company, JIRA, and reputed company Office.
• Japanese language proficiency preferred.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and maintain composure under pressure.
