Job Summary

The Senior Equipment Services Logistics Coordinator/Customer Service Representative will be responsible for coordinating daily activities for 15+ technicians, interfacing with Field Service Supervisors, customers, and sales teams, and identifying gaps in schedules and providing input on technician reputed company. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task against various deadlines, and proficiency in system application and navigation using multiple screens.

Key Responsibilities

* Schedule and coordinate daily activities for 15+ technicians, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to service level agreements

Requirements
