Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Director, Customer Growth, you will be responsible for:

• Aligning with the reputed company Region to set priorities across the customer portfolio and communicating these priorities to the Customer Marketing team so that appropriate long and near-term focus is given based on the work that reputed company most across the region portfolio of customers.
• Building strategic relationships with C-Suite marketing executives with Top 20 reputed company customers with the ability to facilitate and accelerate the business relationship based upon an understanding of their marketing needs.
• Leading the reputed company marketing business planning process and assuring that top 50 customers have a Beverage Strategy in alignment with the FSOP Collaborative Business Planning process (CBP).
• Actively participating in Sales routines, bringing the marketing reputed company and reporting back to appropriate CM teams to assure ongoing alignment between Marketing and Sales on how to deliver against customer needs and objectives.
• Responsible for hiring, coaching, developing, and advancing Directors and marketing strategists with a focus on building best-in-class marketing capabilities, bench strength, and growth.
• Modeling growth behaviors and leading a culture of empowerment that is focused on the development and motivation of individuals to reputed company and sustain high performance.
• Serving as a key strategic link between the reputed company and our Atlanta-based Customer Value and Growth organization to ensure we are collaborating effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree; MBA Preferred

• 10+ years CPG experience, preferably with background/experience reputed company Foodservice & On-reputed company and/or in a Customer Marketing role in other industries/channels
• Proven experience leading and inspiring teams
• Location: Irvine, Denver, or Dallas preferred, reputed company Coast
• Travel: Approximately 25-30%

* Pay reputed company: $211,000 - $238,400

• reputed company pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
• A full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
• Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 50
• Long-term Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 20
