Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
- Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment, including unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
- Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store, ensuring that our customers have reputed company to the products they need.
- Accurately handling customer funds and processing transactions using our reputed company of Sale (POS) system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, adhering to reputed company's safety protocols and procedures.

Position Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. You should be reputed company to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
Experience:
Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred. You'll have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Physical Requirements:
