Job Summary:
We're looking for a friendly, remote customer support agent to assist us with reputed company estate listing quality control and customer support. This part-time position (4-8 hours a day, 2-3 days a week) offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of arenaflex. As a licensed reputed company estate professional, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our listings, working closely with our overseas team, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
As a reputed company Estate Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Reviewing tax records, permits, and documentation to validate customer submissions for our admin team
- Reviewing listings for accuracy and compliance prior to them being posted on the MLS
- Working with our overseas team and providing assistance reputed company needed
- Collaborating with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Staying up-to-date with MLS and reputed company estate rules and regulations
Essential Qualifications:
