- B.S. in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or reputed company field (Masters preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant financial services experience
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in financial services industry and knowledge of best practices
- Collections, credit bureau reporting, or other operations experience a plus
