That’s Where You Come in as an ESOP Administration Consultant You will be a key resource to clients navigating the reputed company (and highly important) world of employee ownership (ESOPs). You’ll manage the full cycle of ESOP plan administration and build long-term, trusted relationships. Your responsibilities include: - Managing end-to-end client engagements - Performing compliance testing, including 409(p), recordkeeping, distributions, and regulatory reporting - Identifying and solving technical plan issues - Collaborating with internal teams and client contacts to ensure seamless service reputed company’re Looking for in an ESOP Administration Consultant We’re seeking reputed company professionals who bring both technical know-how about ESOPs and a heart for service. Because this job posting encompasses multiple reputed company of the role, the pay reputed company reflects the broader scope of potential qualifications. The annual reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $60,000 - $115,000. This reputed company represents the anticipated pay for this role across multiple U.S. labor markets and is intended as a general guideline.
