Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Expert – Onsite, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling and carefully responding to reputed company customer inquiries
  • Providing excellent customer service through active listening
  • Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
  • Aiming to resolve issues on the reputed company by being proactive
  • Appropriately communicating with customers
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalating interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate
  • Tracking reputed company call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues

Qualifications

  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED

  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate reputed company operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

To work from home, you'll need:
