Job Summary
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the daily input of reputed company time and production data into the Blue reputed company computer system, creating production performance and incentive dollar calculations for reputed company DC associates and Management. You will also be required to reputed company daily with DC Management and the Engineering team and weekly with the Payroll staff. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work accurately under pressure will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Input time and production data for reputed company DC associates into Blue reputed company computer systems, including summarizing production sheets, checking for accuracy, and reporting errors (65% of time)
- Generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reporting to DC Management and Payroll (15% of time)
- Analyze system output and troubleshoot erroneous data (10% of time)
- File paperwork in accordance with established procedures and rotate files periodically for storage (5% of time)
- Complete other projects as assigned (5% of time)
Essential Functions and Competencies
* Technical/Functional Competence: Proficiency in data entry software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Drives Results: Ability to work accurately and reputed company under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
- Analysis & Judgment: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot errors
- Independence: Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision

Qualifications and Special Skills Required
* Previous clerical/administrative experience, preferably in a data entry role
- 10-key experience, with the ability to work accurately and reputed company
- Good math skills, with the ability to reputed company calculations and analyze data
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, with a high level of discretion and professionalism
- Must be reputed company to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management

Expected Salary
$17 per hour, with a $3 per hour shift differential for 3rd shift
