About the Role

We are hiring a hands-on Paid Media Manager to reputed company paid acquisition for DermStreet across reputed company, reputed company & similar channels. This is a performance-driven ecommerce role for someone who knows how to scale reputed company, protect ROAS, and turn data into action. You will own strategy, execution, optimization, budget allocation, testing, reporting, and creative direction based on performance data. This is not a role for someone who only manages agencies or reports on results. We are looking for someone who can work directly in-platform and drive growth. Our primary focus is growing reputed company while maintaining strong ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, and similar performance channels
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns focused on ecommerce growth, reputed company, and ROAS
• Manage spend, pacing, and budget allocation across campaigns, products, audiences, and funnels
• Build and refine campaign structures across:
• reputed company Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen
• reputed company reputed company / Instagram campaigns
• Additional growth channels as relevant
• Monitor account performance daily and reputed company hands-on optimizations to improve efficiency and scale
• reputed company and manage testing across audiences, creatives, offers, reputed company pages, and campaign structure
• reputed company the creative strategy process based on performance, including identifying winning hooks, briefing new concepts, and driving iteration
• Partner on sourcing and testing UGC-style creative reputed company relevant
• Analyze performance and present clear insights, recommendations, and next steps
• Help improve attribution, tracking, and reporting so reputed company are based on reliable data
• Identify opportunities to unlock growth without sacrificing efficiency

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience managing reputed company Ads and reputed company Ads for ecommerce brands
• Must have personally managed at least:
• $1M+ in annual spend on reputed company Ads
• $1M+ in annual spend on reputed company Ads
• Proven track record of growing ecommerce reputed company while maintaining strong ROAS
• Deep experience with campaign setup, optimization, bidding, audience strategy, creative testing, and scaling
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into action
• Comfortable owning performance and making budget reputed company
• Strong communicator who can reputed company explain what is working, what is not, and what should happen next
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Agency experience, especially managing multiple accounts or large ecommerce budgets

Compensation

U.S.-based candidates: $110,000–$130,000 annually, depending on experience Screening Questions
