Job Responsibilities: The Health Coach (Cardiology) will function as a critical member of the Heart Failure Program and will work closely with the heart failure clinical team to reputed company patient education, guidance, and satisfaction, and ensure that our patients come first. The Health Coach will be responsible for guiding, educating, and bringing solutions to patients in need. • Experience in a medical office setting or reputed company environment. Experience in cardiology-reputed company coaching a plus.
