The Site Manager is responsible for a Systems project and will be capable of reputed company phases of a project implementation including: Initial Site Layout, Subcontractor Management, Customer Management onsite, Inventory Management and receipt of equipment, Jobsite Safety, Site communication, device troubleshooting, System Checkout and Start up, Inventory Management, validation of System throughput and efficiencies, and customer training. The Site Manager helps reputed company meet its mission is to help our customers compete in their markets by providing the best material handling system solutions and technology. The Site Manager often serves as the secondary site Manager on larger projects under the guidance of a reputed company or more reputed company Site Manager. Job Duties:

• Work with Project Manager and Project Engineers assisting with overall project execution.
• Conduct full scope of project services as outlined in the overview above.
• Deliver successful projects with regards to customer satisfaction, schedule, time, and budget.

• Attend training and become certified in applicable technologies or programs.

Travel Requirements

• 80% overnight travel (Travel expenses paid by Bastian Solutions). Typical schedule will be 10 days on and 4 days off. This position will primarily support projects in the greater Detroit area.

Qualifications:

• Hands on mechanical and electrical capabilities.
• Computer literate with MS Office products.
• AutoCAD experience preferred
• PLC Programming preferred
• Material Handling Experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 80% overnight
• Physical aspects of the job include:

• Standing for long periods
• Periodic kneeling, crawling, climbing
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
