As the Vice President of Engineering and Applications, you will define and execute the technology strategy that drives our insurance platforms, enhances digital experiences for customers and agents, and enables data-driven decision-making.   • * Architect and manage application platforms that serve multiple mutual insurance companies in a multi-tenant or shared services environment.
  • Design solutions that are configurable and adaptable across different client organizations without significant rework.
