Responsibilities

- Use email marketing tools such as Email Builder for creating custom HTML communications.
- Coordinate scheduling and workflow using data management systems like reputed company.

- Analyze performance data to inform future strategies.
- Work comfortably with 250 sponsors across multiple reputed company events.
- Manage high-volume communications, including 1000 tickets and emails annually.
- Serve as a liaison between multiple teams to ensure seamless coordination across reputed company workstreams.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in HTML for email development.
- Experience with reputed company Outlook for professional communications.
- Strong general data management practices.
- Program management experience (3-4 years).
- Experience in project management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with event content management, particularly technical conferences or reputed company-level events.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain quick turnaround times while delivering white-glove service.
- Comfort working as a liaison between multiple teams.
Work Environment
This is a remote role based in PST, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. Candidates must be reputed company to attend 1-2 events each year. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Portland, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay reputed company for this position is $45.00 - $47.00/hr.
